TGI Fridays Kaboom Town Campaign

For over 50 years, the TGIFridays name and reputation for casual dining has kept customers coming through their door. TGIFridays wanted to distribute a spirited message in celebration of independence day and the most glamorous fireworks display - attracting over half-million guest to the small town of Addison, Texas for their annual 4th of July Kaboom Town! To truly stand out, TGIFridays knew it couldn’t just have another watch party. They had to contribute to the experience itself. They had to pull off something with Kaboom Town that they had ever done before. The primary goal of TGIFridays campaigns was to generate excitement. My design inspiration was to express excitement. As part of my design I created the CTA Lock up which I applied to the flyer and poster design, the lockup and design was so well received the agency was further engaged to adopt the design to additional collateral, which included Coasters, Promo Card, and Tee Shirts and more.
